The School operates from Quakers Hill High School on every Sunday during the NSW School Term (10am to 2pm).

| Diwali Mela Performance | 19 October 2025 |
Students from WSHS will present for an hour at Diwali mela in Liverpool, organised by the Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha of Australia. |
| Diwali Celebration | 26 October 2025 | Students will learn about Diwali and participate in celebrating at the School with parents and teachers. |
| Annual School Concert | 13 December 2025 | The Annual Concert will be held at Quakers High School Hall. |
