Our program

Inspiring young minds to connect with their language and embrace the richness of India’s cultural heritage.

Why us

The Australian Hindu Multicultural Association Inc (“AHMA”) – School of Language, Arts & Culture, commonly known as the Western Sydney Hindi School (“WSHS”), operates from Quakers Hill High School premises on Sundays (during the mainstream NSW School Term).

WSHS (or “the School”) is governed by the School’s Parents & Teachers Association (“PTA”) through a set of PTA Rules that have been established by AHMA under its Constitution. The School has been running for almost 30 years and is proud of its accomplishments in our community.

The School runs Hindi classes and several Cultural subjects including Bharatanatyam, Harmonium, Tabla and Bollywood.

The classes are held between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Hindi language classes run for 2 hours, with a 20 minutes break at 10.50am. Cultural classes run at different times and last an hour each Sunday.

Holistic approach

We adopt a holistic approach to learning that nurtures language skills, cultural understanding, and personal development. By integrating Hindi education with music, values, and cultural activities, we support students’ intellectual, emotional, and creative growth in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Passionate teachers

Our passionate teachers are committed to delivering high-quality Hindi and music education. They create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to develop their skills, express creativity, and connect meaningfully with India’s rich cultural traditions.
